The practice of massage therapy results in positive affects to the body both physically & psychologically. From a physical perspective, massage treatments mechanically address fascial restrictions, adhesions, vascular, lymphatic, and the neurological system. On the psychological side, massage has been known to effectively increase the client’s wellbeing and assist in alleviating stress.

  • Massage therapists can assess & treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries, from chronic muscular pain to acute trauma. Your massage therapist will conduct a brief assessment to determine a personalized treatment plan based on your injury a medical history. Various specialized techniques using the hands, wrists, and elbows, over the skin or clothes, make up the massage therapy treatment. The massage therapist will work with your level of pain tolerance during the treatment, and the treatment can be stopped at any time should the treatment become uncomfortable. There are certain sensitive areas, such as the glutes, chest wall, breasts, and upper inner thigh that written consent must be obtained prior to treatment, and treatment in these areas must be clinically indicated. Your privacy will always be respected, and you may withdraw your consent for treatment at any time.

  • $70 for 30-minute treatment

    $85 for 45-minute treatment

    $120 for 60-minute treatment

    $170 for 90-minute treatment
