We are located on the second floor of the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre at 1132 Invicta Drive in Oakville, Ontario. Please note that we are accessible by elevator or stairs, found just behind the facility’s front lobby area.

Absolutely not! Our services are available to patients of all ages and backgrounds. If you have sustained an injury to your joints, bones, muscles or head related to sport or any activity, or if you are interested in preventing injuries that may limit your ability to be physically active, or compete in your chosen sport, then reach out to our team today to get started.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled visit time to complete the necessary paperwork. It’s suggested that you wear comfortable clothing, such as shorts, tank-top/t-shirt, running shoes, etc. Please bring along your physician referral if you were given one and any results you may have from diagnostic testing.

At your first appointment, you will have the opportunity to get to know your therapist and explain what brought you to the Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre. This first visit consists of a comprehensive assessment, including a detailed history taking, a thorough objective assessment, and the creation of a treatment plan.

Together, we will establish goals for your recovery and rehabilitation, and discuss your treatment plan, including the number of sessions you will require and the duration of each session.

The Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre requests that you provide a minimum of 24-hours' notice if you wish to cancel or change your appointment time. Patients who fail to do so will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service. Please note that our cancellation policy applies to all illness and weather-related cancellations.

The cost of our physiotherapy and massage services is not covered by OHIP. Physician and Psychiatry services are covered by OHIP. Please note that your OHIP number will be required upon booking.

The Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre is able to direct bill most private insurance companies for our services. It is the patient’s responsibility to confirm which services are covered through their individual plans and the details surrounding this coverage. Patients who would like to utilize direct billing services through the Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre must have a credit card on file to cover the difference between the cost of service provided and the payment received from the insurance company. If direct billing is not an option through your plan, we will be happy to provide you a detailed invoice that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement.
