Kira Cheung, B.P.E., RMT

Kira Cheung has always had an interest in sports and how the body functions. Growing up, Kira was involved in a variety of sports (swimming, soccer, skating, skiing, basketball, and running), which led her to pursue sports-related studies and eventually a career in body movement and rehabilitation.

Kira graduated in 2018 from Brock University with an honours bachelor degree in Physical Education. During her time at Brock, she worked with different community and university sports teams (baseball, track and field, swimming, hockey, and lacrosse) as a Student Athletic Trainer. During this time, Kira was able to work with a variety of athletes involved with developing and executing rehabilitation treatment plans for acute and chronic injuries and conditions. These experiences motivated her even further to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. Kira completed her Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College in 2021.

Kira is also certified in cupping and level one soft tissue release. She has also taken extra courses in prenatal massage.
