Canadian Box Showcase: VALD Performance Results

The Toronto Rock Sports Medicine & Wellness Centre took part in this year’s Canadian Box Showcase held at the Toronto Rock Athletic Centre from July 10-11, 2023.

As part of our involvement in the highly attended lacrosse event, we invited VALD Performance to provide participating showcase players the opportunity to measure various aspects of their athletic performance through a number of VALD’s unique-testing models. The VALD testing system is used by elite teams (English Premier League, Rugby Union, NBA, MLS, NFL, NCAA, MLB, AFL, A-League) to measure various aspects of athletic performance, enabling them to objectively track and monitor strength, power, limb symmetry, and neuromuscular function over time.
